What is the difference between a Membership and a Credit Pack?

Unlimited Memberships are designed for those who see movement and recovery as part of their lifestyle. If you enjoy moving most days of the week, an Unlimited Membership gives you the freedom to build a consistent wellness routine. Credit Packs are ideal if you prefer more flexibility, with a set number of workout and recovery credits to use within the validity period. Still unsure? Who is the Introduction Package for?

The Introduction Package is designed for first-time guests who would like to experience Kōr before choosing a Membership or Credit Pack. It includes 3 credits for Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna, and Steam. Your credits are valid for 7 days, giving you the opportunity to discover what works best for your routine.

I’m completely new to Pilates and Barre. Can I still join?

Absolutely. No prior Pilates, Barre, or fitness experience is required. With class styles including Ease, Burn, Pulse, Sculpt, Define, Reformer Pilates, and Mat Pilates, you can build a routine that suits your body, energy levels, and goals. Our instructors provide guidance and modifications throughout every class.

Which class should I take if I’m new to Kōr Klub?

There is no one right place to begin—it depends on how you’d like to feel. Ease is the perfect place to start. If you’re after something more strength-focused, Burn or Define may be a good fit. And if you’re craving rhythm and energy, Pulse brings the heat.

What should I wear or bring to class?

Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Barre classes. If you don’t have a pair, they’re available at the studio.

What should I bring for recovery sessions?

For sauna, cold plunge, and steam, simply bring your swimwear. Fresh towels, robes, and essentials are provided at the studio.

How do I book a class or recovery session?

Members can book classes and recovery sessions through the Kōr Klub App. If you’re new to Kōr, our team will be happy to help you with your first booking.

What are your booking and cancellation policies?

Bookings remain open until 1 hour before the scheduled class or recovery session, subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before your booking. Late cancellations and no-shows will be treated as a used session.

Are Memberships and Credit Packs refundable or transferable?

Memberships and Credit Packs are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable once activated. If you have a special circumstance, please reach out to our team and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I book Kōr Klub for a private event, celebration, or brand activation?

Yes. Kōr Klub hosts thoughtfully curated private experiences, including birthdays, bridal showers, corporate wellness events, founder gatherings, brand activations, and private movement or recovery sessions. To enquire, simply WhatsApp us on +91 76999 09909.
