1. Introduction
Welcome to Kōr Klub. By booking a class, purchasing credit packs or memberships, or visiting our website, app, or studio, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Waiver, form a legal agreement between you (the client) and Elanora India Pvt. Ltd., operating as Kōr Klub. Please read them carefully before participating in any of our services.
2. Definitions
We / Us / Our: Refers to Kōr Klub, operated by Elanora India Private Limited.
You / Your / Yours: Refers to you, the client or member engaging with our services.
3. Account and Access
To use our services, you must create an account through our website, app, or Mindbody platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Account access is personal and non-transferable.
4. Booking and Payments
All classes, workshops, and services must be booked in advance via our platform.
Payments must be made by card only (via Razorpay). We do not accept cash.
Certain workshops or premium offerings may require immediate payment at the time of booking.
5. Credit System and Validity
Kōr Klub uses a credit-based system for booking classes and services. Each class type or service (e.g., Reformer Pilates, Barre, Workshops) is assigned a credit value, and clients can purchase credits in bundles.
Credit Packages:
Trial Credits – Valid for 7 days from activation
1 Credit – Valid for 7 days from activation
12 Credits – Valid for 30 days from activation
24 Credits – Valid for 60 days from activation
36 Credits – Valid for 90 days from activation
Credits can be used to book eligible classes via the Kōr Klub app, website, or Mindbody platform.
Credit Terms:
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Credits are valid only for the stated duration from the date of activation/purchase.
Unused credits expire automatically after the validity period.
Credits cannot be paused, extended, or exchanged for cash.
Bonus or promotional credits may carry separate conditions or shorter expiry timelines.
Please review credit applicability before booking specialized services or workshops, which may carry higher credit values.
6. Membership Plans
Kōr Klub offers unlimited access memberships for clients who prefer time-based plans. These memberships grant access to all fitness classes and wellness amenities (including cold plunge, sauna, and steam) for the duration of the membership period.
Membership Options:
1 Month – Unlimited access
3 Months – Unlimited access
6 Months – Unlimited access
Membership Terms:
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Memberships begin from the date of activation.
Members must still book sessions in advance to secure a spot in group classes or recovery sessions.
Missed bookings or late cancellations will be tracked and may impact future booking privileges.
7. Recovery & Wellness Session Bookings
Clients may book individual recovery sessions without a class or membership.
Booking Terms:
Bookings must be made in advance via the Kōr Klub app, website, or at the front desk.
These services are non-refundable and subject to availability.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours prior to your appointment.
8. Private Sessions
Private one-on-one sessions may include personalized training, movement assessments, or guided recovery services with a Kōr Klub specialist.
Private Session Terms:
All private sessions must be booked in advance through our website or front desk.
Pricing varies by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Private sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 6 hours’ notice.
Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in shortened sessions without refund.
9. Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows
You may cancel a class up to 3 hours before its scheduled start time via your account.
Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes after class start time) may not be admitted.
No-shows result in a deduction of one class credit.
10. Studio Access and Timings
Studio entry is limited to scheduled class times. Private and wellness sessions are subject to availability. Please adhere to posted studio hours and instructor guidelines.
11. Minimum Age and Participation
Kōr Klub services are intended for adults. Participants must be 18+, or 14–17 with parental consent and supervision.
Classes are not modified for minors, and all participants attend at their own risk.
12. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items, including those stored in lockers. Please avoid bringing valuables to the studio.
13. Hygiene, Dress Code, and Conduct
Grip socks are mandatory for all movement classes.
Mobile phones must be silenced; filming or photography during class is not permitted.
No food or drinks beyond reception (except water).
Disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may lead to immediate termination of membership.
14. Refunds and Pricing
All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by Indian consumer protection law.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Pre-purchased packs remain valid at their original price until expiry.
15. Retail Purchases
Retail items (e.g., socks, mats) may be exchanged within 14 days if unused, unopened, and with original tags.
Sale items are final sale.
16. Intellectual Property
All Kōr Klub content — including website, class formats, materials, logos, and studio designs — is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us via email.
18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or technical issues).
19. Waiver and Liability
Access to our studio and services is contingent upon your acceptance of our Liability Waiver. If not signed, access may be denied. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the waiver.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
